Q. What size of unit do I need?
A. We have a price guide list to help you decide on the size you require but our staff will be more than happy to advise you personally. We will always try and find you the SMALLEST unit to suit your needs.
Q. How secure will my goods be in storage?
A. EXTREMELY. Our warehouse is constructed from fire resistant reinforced concrete. We also have the added security of CCTV and remotely monitored fire and intruder detector systems.
Only you and your authorised personnel will be allowed access to your unit.
Q. Will I be tied to a long agreement period?
A. No. Our minimum rental period is only one month.
Q. What can I store?
A. Almost anything.
You cannot store Livestock or any goods which are Perishable, Dangerous, Highly Flammable, Volatile, Toxic, Noxious or Radioactive.
Q. How often can I access my goods?
A. You are free to come and go as little or as often as you like.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm and Sunday 10am – 2pm (excluding public holidays).
Q. Do I need to purchase insurance for my goods in storage from you?
A. We do not sell insurance. If your current insurance does not cover you then you may wish to visit www.insurastore.com who specialises in insurance for self-storage.
Q. Can I use my unit for personal and business storage?
A. Yes! You can use your storage unit to store both business and personal items.
Q: How big are your loading bays?
Q: Is there onsite parking?
A. Yes, we have a customer car park and covered loading bays.
Q: Do you accept and sign for parcels?
A. Yes, we can sign and store parcels. However, we expect the client to come promptly to place them in their unit.
