What is the minimum storage period?
Our minimum rental period is just 1 month.
What if I forget ladders and boxes?
That’s ok! We’re happy to lend you ladders, tape measures and torches and you can purchase boxes, packaging, padlocks, scissors, string, sellotape and pens from our reception.
What happens if we need more or less space during our agreed rental period?
We understand that may be the case, so we are super flexible. Just speak to one our team about your requirements and we will try to assist you as much as possible.
How often can I access my unit?
Whenever you like. We’re open Monday- Friday 8am – 6pm, Saturday 8am-4pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm.
Is the warehouse secure?
Yes, we have CCTV operating throughout the car park and warehouse along with code entry access. All intruder and fire alarms are monitored 24/7 and fully maintained.
Do I need to purchase insurance for my goods?
We do not sell insurance. If your current insurance does not cover you then please click here.
What size of units do you have?
We have units from 8 sq ft all the way up to 25,000 sq ft- however if you need bigger, then get in touch and we will be happy to help.
How does billing work?
We send you monthly invoices and you can either pay these by setting up a Standing Order or via our ‘Pay an Invoice’ link on our website.
Who can access my unit?
Only you will be able to access your unit, however if you wish others to have access, then please let us know their names so we can facilitate this.
Do you handle removals too?
We can help with small or student removals in house, any bigger than that, we’re happy to put you in touch with trusted experts!
