Please note we are unable to store food, anything living, flammable substances, illegal items, or anything that could be dangerous or attract pests.

Taking a little time to prepare your belongings properly will help keep them in good condition while they are stored with us. Here are our recommendations.

Boxing and packing: Use sturdy boxes and pack items carefully. Fill any empty spaces with bubble wrap or packing paper to prevent items moving around, and label boxes clearly so you know what is inside.

Wrapping: Wrap furniture in dust sheets or furniture covers. Delicate items should be wrapped individually in bubble wrap or soft materials.

Vacuum packing: Consider vacuum packing clothes, bedding and soft furnishings to save space and protect against moisture and dust.

Appliances: Clean and dry all appliances thoroughly before storage. Leave fridge and freezer doors slightly open to prevent odours developing.

Preparation tips: Disassemble furniture where practical to save space, keep screws and fixings in clearly labelled bags, and take photos of electronic setups to help with reassembly later.
